When making a lastminute or an advance Rate Offer booking you agree with terms and conditions above and authorise Royal Court Apartments & The Paddington Hotel to charge the full amount for the reservation on your credit card

Last Minute and 3 days advance booking required. Non refundable deposit applies. Full amount of the stay is charged to your credit card between time of booking and day of arrival and is non refundable, non exchangeable and non cancellable.

RULES:

- MUST BOOK AT LEAST 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
- CHECK-IN TIME: 02:00 PM
- CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM

DEPOSIT RULES:

A deposit for the total value of the booking is due at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival date, the Hotel will charge one night per room in case of a No Show or Late Cancellation. 

This cancellation is not valid for lastminute or advance rate bookings.
